Small, fits in one parking spot.
The important things are in great order. There are small fixes which should be done: Diesel return lines and cooking gas lines replaced, and new clamp on rubber boot where the axel joins the wheel. And, there are cosmetic things which could be fixed/improved.
There is a shower (including hot water boiler), heater, toilet, gas cooker, fridge. Everything works. The three skylights are very new. It also has two solar panels on the roof to charge the household batteries.
